Welcome

When you register, a persistent server account with the username and password you choose will be created, and automatically recognized when you login to Mumble. If you're regularly flying with, or a part of FIGL, this is the option you have for fleet comms, and chat for other FIGL activities.

Additionally, registered accounts are needed to get any roles, with the extra access to configure things like channels, or other Mumble stuff.

After registering here, you'll just need to associate your account with the Mumble application already installed on your computer. Your login details will then be permanently saved as a server connection in Mumble.

To do this, in the Mumble menu, go to Server > Connect, click the "Add New" button, and enter the following:

Address: mumble.flyingdangerous.com
Port: 64738
Username: your username
Label: A label for this connection

Note, that when you first log into the Mumble client after you have registered your self, you will be prompted for the password you set when registering. You only need to enter this once.
